Did you use Loc-Tite on the screw in the pinion? The screw can come loose fairly easily.I have just installed a new Pinion and after high speeds my car begins to make a loud noise then it will just stop moving but I still can move the two front wheels. Do I need to glue the Pinion down by the 1.55m screw? I am very confused thanks.

https://www.amazon.com/Loctite-Heav...ocphy=9005776&hvtargid=pla-350863460111&psc=1 It is a type of glue for metal screws. You only need a drop or two. If you use too much, you will need heat to get the screw out. Dont use it in plastic though. What is that I just got into RC yesterday.

If you put just a small dab of blue thread lock on the set screw it will take care of that problem.I have just installed a new Pinion and after high speeds my car begins to make a loud noise then it will just stop moving but I still can move the two front wheels.
