Yep, rear only for now.
I just put the better stiffer springs In my air springs and I have no torque twist now. I got the hot racing air springs.
Didn’t have to flip my motor or change any links
The Hot racing air springs are great and I just found stiffer springs to put in because the stock ones that come with the hr air springs were still to soft.
Rear is a lot stiffer now and keeps the wheels digging.

View attachment 3337 View attachment 3338 I went with these:

JunFac 51033 2.2 Wheel Widener, Offset +19mm (set of 4)

Redcat Racing AL Connect Box with Gear, 38T (2) - the stock ones are a plastic center and will round out with the 370 motor.

Vaterra VTR212026 Outdrive Slk RC Vehicle Parts (4) - the stock outdrive is short so the extenders will only catch the 1st three treads when mounting the tire/wheel assembly.

Also adding the nylon spacers (purchased at Lowes) will help with torq twist!
I like that LaTrax body and been comptiplating getting but I think I will as it looks like a good fit.
I also like the 1/16 Traxxas summit body.

Do you have a link to the springs? I think i might run those shocks in the future

Sure thing. I’m using the toughest springs but may go down a spring rate. I do like the performance much better though.

I can vouch for the RC4WD spring set @The Closer recommended. I was running the HR shocks with both of the original springs in each shock, which worked to eliminate twist. But this way, they are "tuneable" in regard to spring rate (I am currently using the green set, 1.6 rate on all 4 shocks), and torque twist can either be eliminated, or acceptably managed using different rates to match the amount of twist you're willing to tolerate. Easily worth the $9.

Yea I’m just using the 2.x in the rear only. I may change the fronts up a rate

I got the wheel extenders in and mounted and wow what a difference . for 1 the front wheel no longer rub.almost all torque gone with the 370 motor and the infamous roll while climbing is pretty much gone. Here's 2 pics 1 with just the rears done when you can really see the difference and one complete

You’re prob gonna want a stronger metal gear Servo now

Yea I've notice the servo is struggling . that is next on the list.
I got the savox it’s real strong. I somehow got the bumper stuck tho in it and burnt it out last weekend so I gotta get another but it’s strong for sure, I just beat it up and didn’t notice until it was too late. Thinking about fabricating a better front bumper/ cage

Yea the one thing for sure I noticed is that little bumper is more important then it looks. It really protects the servo arm

I got the rear axle Hot Racing Aluminum lock outs. Looks great.
