Has anyone taken their tires and wheels apart? Three of my tires seem to have foam in them but one seems messed up. I think the foam is bunched up in one area so it's making the tire unbalanced. What are my options?

Lots of good info on how to take them apart by soaking them in a solution, just google it. I can't be bothered. If it's fairly new I would just buy one to match up. If all 4 are worn, I just buy 4!!!!!

You can take them off the rim carefully as they're glued on. You will have to re-glue them once you readjust the foam. As stated by the other user it be more time saving just to buy a set of tires and save the old ones for an emergency.
