You're going to need to with those big tires and that hot motor.
Get the metal ones for a Redcat Everest 16 they won't strip out like the stock plastic ones do.

When did you get your temper? I open up my gears and they were metal already in the in diff box. I just added some red sticky grease.Have you swapped out the differentials yet?
