Next week I will have a complete unboxing and stock review and videos.

Here is my unboxing.

I will have an video of first impression on running it stock.

Patience......I wanted to provide a close-up on the unboxing.
Next release will be the stock review. I'm running it this weekend on natural terrain.
I will definitely get my video done this upcoming week.

how many turns is the motor on that

Just found out about these yesterday with my buddy who owns an original Losi 1/18 MRC. I'm surprised I haven't already ordered one, we both will be buying Lol. Really wish the Gen 1 temper would've been designed like this, but they didn't have the barrage at the time either.

Here you go! Just finished up the video editing last night. Hope you enjoy! Overall, I am very pleased with this RC.

Please Like, subscribe and comment.

If you want to see anything different, or pointers, let me know.

I will have more content as this RC gets upgrades.

what kind of battery does it have and can we see some footage of it on flat loose ground doing donuts or Full Throttle

I take it the temperature Gen 2 has the axles of the barrage doomsday and Link bars does the Gen 2 temper also share the same motor as the Doomsday

I can do that.
main reason I'm so interested is I have a temper gen1 and I have also bought a barrage doomsday and get it it to use parts for the temper I used to axles the bars and the motor and transmission but I had to make my own custom transmission mounting bottom plate to make wider for the Doomsday motor right now I'm stuck with a non-operational gin 1 because I'm having problems with stock rear axle shafts being too weak where the set pin is with a 4 mm diameter having problems finding a machinist tool make me some 5 mm diameter at the set pin and also due the larger motor and more power having problems twisting axle shafts inside this spool and I need to find an order some metal upgrades for the spool all-in-all I've spent a lot of money on this little car and would like to keep it on the cheap side because I've already upgraded the battery that you CS the shocks kitchen scale and the servo

RAW I believe the Gen2 uses all the same parts you have described as the Hot Racing parts i was looking at fit both models. Stock battery is a 7.2 v 6 cell 900 mph ni-mh dynamite battery. I does a good job but I run a E-flite 7.4 v 1300 mph 2S lips for better power and run time

Agree with above statement. I don't own a Gen 1. I have heard of the Barrage drivetrain working on a Gen 2 or vice versa. I would have the opportunity to verify this, just not for a week or so.
I get what you're saying..........I was in a similar situation with my daughter's buggy.

Right!? I spent way more than $149 on my gen 1 to get what this has stock!

Yeah, the Gen 1 is like a monster truck trail truck crawler combo. It's like a Frankenstien of a RC. I wanted to, but not, at the same time of thinking of purchasing an OG temper. I am glad I did not.

Just thought I'd share some info on my gen 1 incase its useful. I got one of the $100 barrage doomday's a while back. I used the Barrage transmission, driveshafts, axles, and links. Running my Losi 1/18 crawler motor on the barrage transmission. The barrage trans drops right into the stock gen 1 temper skid plate/chassis, just took a little grinding of the barrage motor mount edge to fit between the chassis plates. Works awesome. My wheel base is at 10.5"
