Absolutely, you should always do this with any RTR to be honest.

Wow that guy is really fast!! Am I the only one that found that music pretty annoying?
Really though, it was neat to watch it, as I just got done doing the same thing. They didn't play the real audio, so we couldn't hear him swearing, trying to install the pre-threadlocked screws into that steering post. lol

In retrospect I wish I had bought the kit instead of the RTR because I have a strong urge to fiddle with it. Changed the shock mounting holes, topped up the shocks, ziptied the servo saver, even painted the lettering on the tires white but I'm running out of stuff to do. And it's not even running, I toasted the ESC,lol.
