Lost power after gear change

Why all of a sudden after a pinon gear and spur geat swap does my 4x4 have power when its lifted off the ground but as soon as i set it down it slows down like it lost power

Remesh it? If the gear mesh is too tight, it may not like it.

If the gear mesh is good, is the slipper clutch way loose?

Did you change the gear ratio? If so, perhaps it's now geared for better high end power, making the low end torque lacking?

The spur is a 56t gen2 / mod 2 is that different than the stock spur?

We need to know the pinion too to know the ratio. Does it have low power or no power? What surface is this on? Grass or tarmac?

It has a 18t pinon . Has low power on the concrete.

I think the stock gearing is 12/45, so your 18/52 is quite a step up. Try a smaller pinion if you have one?
