So today I installed my hot racing steel spur with my 22 tooth RR pinion and ecx metal trans. I'm into about 35 min bash session when all of the sudden the already noisy drive train goes off. Lol low aND behold the pinion has rounded off?? Anyone else seen this before??

Has anyone installed a 12t pinion gear, specifically on a Amp or Boost ? Ive slid the motor over as closest I can but it still ways away from the spur. Even a 15t pinion doesn't set right, barely catches. Are there different types 48p 3mm pinions ?
