Steering issue

On our new Ruckus 1/10 the steering servo is turning 75% either way, and then pausing before finishing the full turn. There doesn't appear to be anything blocking the steering arm. I have also tried adjusting the trim and the gain from the control to no effect.

Any ideas? I am assuming the servo might just be damaged.

@Gilbertjack sounds like something is binding. Does the truck do the same thing when you pick it up?

No - I detached the steering arm and it was still faulty - I removed the whole unit took it apart and still the same intermittent turning. I have ordered a new one from eBay
