So however obvious this might seem or might not seem. I kept ripping the hell outta my stock Amp & Ruckus shafts at the wheel. I am fairly new back into the RC thing, addicted is an understatement so to speak.. don't remember "bashing" my race RC's when I was 13ish. I do remember having a huge bag full of RC's, don't shoot me folks, but i think they were RC10-4b or something. Same chassis, endless amount of customization. But, I don't remember the awesome fun bashing can be too. Cuz i freaked when my toys broke..lol..not really but seemed to bug me way more then.. anyway, ECK Amp was first "real" RC in way, way more than a few years. I know they 'cheap', but IMO, not "cheap".. I've had a satisfying hellva lotta fun and just straight beat the ever living hell outta that RC and other than aforementioned breakage, that truck is like a mofo energizer bunny wearing a TIMEX watch, in the form of a awesome lil MT RC.. YES YES.. i could totally shell out for some form of metal shafts.. And prolly end up having to. But i had a Redcat Volcano EPX I got cheap for project that turned into getting a part removed here & there for other projects. Also I have that "addiction" thing I mentioned that has went from 1 RC buggy six months to same buggy in pieces with 2 3S BLX's, Stampede, Ruckus, AMP, Ruckus 1/18, few Dromida 1/18, 3 helicopters, 2 planes & a freakin partridge in a pear 🍐 tree 🎄.. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:.. I'm broke cuz of those damn things (damn in a good way..haha).. Hence the EXP dog bone idea early this morning. I'll be damned if it didn't almost go off without a hitch. Having to limit my articulation somehow as at full up & down the bones are a tiny bit too long & slightly bind.. need to fix with ??. adjustable links from said Volcano? I will attach pics if anyone is at all interested. I'm not sure, this might be the norm? This kinda swap. Still new to this n all.. and love hacking up and building things.. Any input or complaints or opinions or whatever is welcome. Happy bending breaking & bashing..

Str8bashin. here is my Amp MT, fully modified to the max. This was my first RC and now, I have 36. I have about 10,000 dollars invested in this hobby, not to mention the parts, battery, tires, and motors on hand. I do make some of my own parts as needed, as I'm a retired machinist. It's a great hobby, especially for the kids and adults, as I do repairs for them when they break their vehicles. We do a lot of night racing here and when we want to do some jumping, we do it at the BMX bike park. So welcome back into the hobby, hope you stick with it and enjoy, learn, repair, experiment with upgrades, and help others
