So i have the same drive shafts from hot racing if i got the intergy ones is it an easy swap out or is there any modify needed to be done?Use integy slash drive shafts. Those are what I use on my trucks.
Can you use the 4wd drive shafts on a 2wd ruckus?Use integy slash drive shafts. Those are what I use on my trucks.
What size length are the shafts. Ive seen some on ebay but dont know what size im gonna need for a 2wd brushless ruckus.I would get integy shafts. I like ECX but not their shafts
Will the 4x4 version work on a ruckus 2wd?http://www.ebay.com/itm/Integy-Stee...118238?hash=item2a669be15e:g:51QAAOSw6kxXIYt3
This is a link. Any kind of 1/10 universal shaft is good.
I got a set of new shafts but now the stock hex tire pins wont fit into the hex that holds the tire in place do i need to order a 4wd set to match the 4wd shafts now?I also notice the blue cuplings get worn out too any suggestions for repairing those. One of mines are worn out that is causes the tire to wobble. .
Is there any to fix the slapping noise on a sct when it goes over jumps or gets big air the noise always comes from the rear.Another weekend day of yard racing on the type 'A' shafts in the first post, did a complete tear down and disassembly of them, put the parts in a mason jar of solvent and swirled around to clear out minute sand/dirt particles. The slip joints were in great shape, only the ball ends needed clean and lube.
Has anyone yet tried the SECT288X06? I'm curious as to how these compare to the SECT288 and SECT288M06.
They just won't fit in the boom racing hub. They do however fit in the factory hubs as well as the hot racing hubs.Do they need modding to fit?
