Is the jumper on the esc set to nimh or lipo?

Confirmed this weekend it is set to NiMH.

I also found this with some digging it looks identical to the part I keep breaking. For the cost I might gamble and see if it fits

Hopefully that'll work. I'm not so good with these electronic devices. I made a thread in the chassis section called aluminium front bulkhead for amp, circuit, boost. It'll work with some filing on the back to shorten it, as it's a tad longer then the ecx.

What is the minimum and maximum kv I should get?

IMO 2700kv minimum 4300kv maximum the minimum to go faster than stock and the maximum to give speed while not draining the battery as fast (as a higher kv motor), pulling a lot of amps from the esc and battery with 2s lipos.

Nice, I got the castle 5700kv combo with the sidewinder 3. I wonder if the sidewinder4 will work better?!
